Argue Custom Homes

The Valley's Best Custom Home Builder

Details

When a project is getting close to finish,  there is a certain energy on site.  Visually, it is looking like a home, not just a house that has progressed from drawings through each stage of building.  The home begins to take on the character of the clients who have spend the time to choose each finishing detail.

For Lot 3601 in Silverleaf, this is the home stretch.  The next few weeks we look forward to a landscaped yard, the last of the custom cabinetry, paint touch ups and the usual last minute details.  Soon, the clients will be enjoying their new home and a spectacular view of the desert.

Nearing the finishing stage, this home on lot 1710 in Silverleaf, gets a helping hand with a section of roof trusses. We’ll be following this site through to completion, check back and see the progress.

a long way down

For the men working on site 1883 in Silverleaf, this is a common sight. The mountains in the background and blue sky, but when you step away, you can see what it takes to cut into those mountains. This stage of construction is all about structure and foundation. This literally is the building block of a home.

And there’s no doubt the view is spectacular in the front seat of that cab.

On the Rocks

Argue Custom Homes has had a busy start to 2012 with several projects on the go and some exciting new homes that are in the beginning stages.

This is site 1710 in the Silverleaf development in DC Ranch.  Each week the site has changed from desert foliage to retaining wall and rock piles, to concrete work and framing.   The winter months have given us perfect weather and our team has taken full advantage.

Our The site is busy with machinery, workers and tradesman, project managers and the occasional scorpion or two but every once in awhile you have to stop and enjoy the beautiful view of the valley.  I’m sure the owners will agree!

Celebrate

We’re excited about our current projects not only for the building and design process but for time spent with each client as we walk through each phase of construction with them.  Tom and the rest of Argue Custom Homes team wish you a Happy Birthday Marsha!  Here’s to a wonderful year ahead!

Check back to our website to follow this project, Lot 1710 in Silverleaf, and others as they develop through the next few months.
